Pilot Program Plot Installation
Over the weekend, we finished almost all of the remaining plots we’ll use for the pilot program growing season. Here are some before and after pictures:

We’ll be back out there tonight digging rows in the back plot. Next weekend will be seed planting. Let us know if you’d like to help.
Whoa! What army came out to help you?? That is amazing work, and the ground looks just like real country farmland. Great job Paige and worker-bees!

Thanks for your help in teaching the Austin area about REAL FOOD. Super Size Me and Food Inc. are great primers. I love the smell of fresh, organic dirt and the sight of big healthy earth worms. Nothing like gettin’ down and dirty! LOL For anyone out North- I am happy to help you get started in organic gardening, green living and / or making your yard a wildlife habitat. Hopefully this Summer we’ll have rain and not so toasty temps.!
